All next week, a host of London's Spanish Restaurants and Maltby Street Food Market will showcase the produce and cuisine of Mallorca, Spain.
Rachel of Catalan Cooking will teach a Mallorca-menu cooking class, featuring a Mallorcan-style paella, stuffed squid and ratatouille in Bermondsey - 24 Oct

The class will show you how to produce a range of breads from French fougasse, rustic pecorino and olive grissini, and focaccias. The class lasts 4 hours and finishes with a feast of bread, ham, cheese and wine. Usually priced at £95, the class this Saturday is available for £60 on Edible Experiences - 20 Oct.
